Alongside EPCs, I’m a qualified PAS2035 Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator, as well as an air tightness and background ventilation tester. My services include air testing for new build sign-off under Part L Building Regulations, professional floor plans, and landlord EPC modelling consultancy to help achieve a C-rated EPC under the upcoming regulations.
